fix(ci): release against the forge origin, not package.json repository.url (olsitec-foundation-T-0052) ... 0592d8d1e4

A migrated package names its GitLab project in package.json repository.url, and
semantic-release prefers that over the git remote: the tag-line dry-run on
foundation/t0052-gate-olsicrypto ls-remoted gitlab.com and went red (task 1208),
and a real run would have pushed the tag there. The gate and the release now pass
--repository-url from the forge origin; the new fixture case was red without it
(task 1213).
